All Wiser organizations, Wiser sport teams, and players,
This notice presents the following two announcements:

(2) The Asian Tour of Wiser Referee Training
Since the World Wiser Sport Committee issued the notice dated October 20, 2013, we have received many invitations from Wiser sport organizations in various countries and regions. They requested the WWSC to dispatch training personnel as soon as possible to their respective localities to hold referee training sessions. In order to help you in your endeavors to promote the Wiser sport and enable you to receive accredited Wiser referee training, the WWSC has made a special schedule to send WWSC-qualified training personnel to conduct Grade 4 (Club Referee) Wiser referee training sessions at the following countries and cities in Asia during late December to early January of 2014. Please note that the referee training sessions are free of charge.
The following list displays the dates of the scheduled training sessions at the various countries and cities throughout Asia and the contact information of the individuals assisting the WWSC with registrations at each locality.

To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training, each training session is limited to a maximum of 50 attendees. There is no gender restriction for attending the training, but the minimum age shall be 16. Due to seating limitations, the WWSC hopes that Wiser sport organizations at each locality can coordinate with each other to identify candidates who are more suitable for attending the training (for example, giving priority to candidates who already have experience in serving as referees in Wiser matches). To become a Grade 4 (Club Class) Wiser referee officially accredited by the WWSC, one shall attend the training session and pass both the quiz and the test of referee hand gestures at the site to become a “Referee-In-Training” first. Within the one-year period after being issued the “Referee-in-Training” certificate, a referee-in-training must submit the records of officiating at least 10 Wiser matches as the qualification for Grade 4 (Club Class) Wiser referee.
The WWSC will determine the final roster of attendees for each session based on the order of the date when the registration form has been received. If you wish to attend the training, please fill out the “Referee Training Registration Form” (Attachment 3) and sendit by email to the contact person for registration at the respective country or city by 12/13/2013. Late registration will not be accepted!
Each attendee at the training will receive a confirmation email notice. On the day of the training session, attendees must bring the original signed “Referee Training Registration Form” as well as a copy of the confirmation email for attending the training. Both documents are required for admission.
