All Wiser sport organizations, Wiser sport teams, and players,
This notice makes the following two announcements:
(1) Since the World Wiser Sport Committee (WWSC) issued the “Notice of Upcoming Referee Training” on October 11, 2013, many Wiser sport organizations and individuals from various countries and regions have registered for the training. Moreover, we have also received many requests that described the rapid development of the Wiser sport at their localities. They already have many Wiser teams and players. Many people are willing but unable to travel to the United States in person to take the referee training class. Therefore, they asked the WWSC to dispatch training personnel to their respective countries or regions to hold referee training classes. In order to help you all in your endeavors of promoting the Wiser sport locally and enable you to receive qualified Wiser referee training, the World Wiser Sport Committee has discussed this matter and decided to set up a time schedule of sending WWSC-recognized training personnel to conduct Class-4 (Club Class) Wiser referee training classes at your respective localities.
Local Wiser sport committees, clubs or teams that wish to hold referee trainings must count the number of attendees and formally apply for holding the local training class via email to the World Wiser Sport Committee. Please use the attached “Application Form for Wiser Referee Group Training.” After receiving your complete application form, we will make an overall arrangement based on the circumstances and situations of the various countries and regions to decide the date and time of dispatching WWSC-recognized training personnel to your specific locality to conduct the training of referees. As to the detailed training arrangements, we will communicate and coordinate with the applying organization(s) after receiving the application. The training class is free of charge. However, the local hosting organization(s) will be responsible for the costs associated with the travel, lodging, and boarding of the training personnel.
(2) In the near future (currently scheduled for early November), the World Wiser Sport Committee will officially publish a written copy of “The Rules of Wiser Sport”, Version 1.0 handbook. This handbook will provide the basic rules as standards to be followed in playing Wiser. In addition, various Wiser sport organizations, if necessary can also use the rules in this handbook as a basis to formulate their policies of playing Wiser that are suitable for their own organizations.
However, when such policies are applied to hold Wiser matches, you must clearly clarify that the policies used were set up by a certain organization, are for use by the members of this organization or for a certain match or type of matches, and do not belong to the Wiser rules published by the WWSC.
If you have any questions or anything unclear about the rules when playing Wiser balls, you are welcome to make inquiry to WWSC anytime either in email or by phone. The World Wiser Sport Committee reserves all rights of interpreting the rules of the Wiser sport.World Wiser Sport Committee
